1. Layout designed upstream
The project began by defining the layout before the buildings were constructed, with the aim of making efficient use of the available geometry and maximising volumetric saturation.
2. High-density pallet racking systems
Modulblok designed and supplied high-density pallet racking solutions, tailored to the different product categories and to the accessibility requirements of the materials stored.
4. Structural safety and regulatory compliance
- The structures are designed to seismic criteria and prepared for sprinkler system installation, ensuring operational safety and regulatory compliance.
- The modular approach allows for future adaptation and for racking to be dismantled and reinstalled, supporting the evolution of logistics requirements over time.
