1. An integrated system of automated and conventional warehouses
Modulblok designed a solution comprising two seismic-resistant automated pallet racking warehouses, alongside two conventional pallet racking warehouses, configured to respond in different ways to the operational requirements and flows of the large-scale retail sector.

2. Handling loose cartons with dedicated systems
- The automated warehouses are fitted with special load supports designed for the storage and handling of loose cartons of varying size and weight.
- This configuration makes it possible to manage non-standard load units effectively, while maintaining stability in storage and continuity across operational flows.

3. Seismic-resistant design and operational continuity
The automated structures are designed to seismic-resistant criteria, ensuring safety and operational reliability even under continuous duty conditions.

High storage capacity across multiple levels
More than 64,000 cartons handled in the automated warehouses across 17 levels, and more than 26,000 pallets in the conventional warehouses across 8 levels, with a double-deep configuration that makes efficient use of the available space.
Operational efficiency in high-turnover flows
Automated handling by 10 stacker cranes in the automated warehouses and 10 stacker cranes in the conventional systems, with continuous flow management and reduced access times to goods.
Combining automation with operational flexibility
Two automated warehouses paired with two conventional pallet racking installations, making it possible to handle loose cartons and pallets according to different operating principles, while keeping automation and direct access in balance.
Optimising space in height and floor area
Structures rising to heights of up to 18 m across a total area of around 7,500 m², with double-deep configurations that increase capacity without extending the building footprint.
